Contract customer application. Offers the necessary functionalities for creating shipments, ordering, tracking, payment of cash on delivery and invoices.

01. Dashboard

  • Login to the system via user and password
  • Messages & news from the courier company
  • Shipment statistics
  • Information on available courier requests

02. Shipments

  • List of all created shipments and information on them
  • Ability to set different periods
  • Shipment adjustments
  • Printing and mass printing of bills of lading
  • Export of information in various formats (PDF, XLS, DOC, CSV, XML, RTF)

03. New shipment

  • Creating new shipments – three different models – “I will send”, “I will receive” or “at my expense”

04. Unsolicited shipments

  • Marking created shipments and creating a request for their collection

05. Others

  • Contacts – the ability for users to create lists of their most common contractors
  • Cash on delivery – information on the amounts paid under the client’s orders. Ability to export in various formats
  • Invoices – information about the customer’s invoices. Ability to export in various formats
  • Settings – selection of automatic printing device, notification settings
