As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant, you will participate in all phases of the project life cycle – analysis, design, test, training, Go-live and Post-go-live support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and business requirements
- Work with clients to align existing processes with D365 Supply Chain Best practices
- Design customer-specific processes and customizations
- Prepare functional specifications and end-user manuals
- Conduct training sessions
- Go-live and Post-go-live support
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead
Requirements
- At least 2 years as SCM Consultant or relevant work experience
- University degree in Business Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes
- Experience as a Key user or Microsoft D365/AX2012 SCM Consultant would be an advantage
- Other ERP experience would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Good command of MS Office (excel)
- Good documentation skills
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken
