# Logistics Lab

> Logistics Lab is a Sofia-based IT company founded in 2018, specialising in ERP implementation, custom software development, system integrations, and logistics technology. We are a certified Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications with a team of 60 professionals. We serve mid-sized and large enterprises across Bulgaria and the wider region, with clients in the pharma industry (Huvepharma, Sopharma) and logistics and e-commerce (OLX, eMAG, DPD, Speedy, Express One).

## ERP implementation

We implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) — the enterprise ERP platform for large organisations. Our services include full implementation, Bulgarian localisation, SAF-T tax reporting compliance, euro conversion readiness, and enhanced business documents via Docentric AX. We also implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for mid-sized companies and Odoo ERP for organisations seeking an open-source solution.

## Software products

Logistics Lab develops and maintains its own suite of software products:

- **ePOS** — Android-based point-of-sale software for retail stores, restaurants, and bars. Integrated with fiscal printers.
- **LLUNCH** — SaaS catering and lunch delivery platform with real-time order tracking, digital wallet, and region-based delivery management. Available on iOS and Android.
- **MarketConnect** — SaaS online marketplace management platform with automatic product uploads via RSS, multi-country pricing rules, and automatic translation.
- **TransAct** — Fintech mobile app functioning as a digital wallet for money transfers between individuals and businesses, without a traditional bank.
- **ALIS (Automatic Logistics Information System)** — Courier company ERP developed since 2006. SaaS, multi-platform (Windows, Linux, macOS). Modules include warehouse management, client portal, SOAP/REST API integration, courier mobile app, and a public tracking website.
